Math: 
Blue- workbook- page 86/87. have to sue textbook to finish the lesson

Purple- page 208 from text. #5-23 odd, show work and check answers
Orange- page 176 from text. 17, 19, 25, 31, 33, 35, 37, 41, 47, 55, 57, 59, 61, 63. show work and check answers.  test revisions with parent signature are due Wednesday.

Good Morning Kiddos~
Yep, urine.  Why are scientist studying urine? Well, go read the article linked right here and find out! Then, as a comment to this post, write at least a one paragraph summary.  Tell me what animal they are studying, what the dried urine is called, where in the world they are doing this, WHY in the world they are doing it, and why it is important.  Also include who is doing the research, what university they are from, and where their work has been published.

6th- go to www.delicious.com and make an account. as you find web pages about your biome, save them in delicious so that you are read them later.
7th- working on the cardiovascular system.  Blood is next. hehehehe
8th- finish chapter 17, section 1,2,3 about chemical reaction.  You should be able to answer MOST of the questions without using your book. use the text if you need to. ****Chemistry unit test will be a BIG test.  You WILL need to review EVERYTHING you have learned thus far to prepare for it. *****

Studio22:  Make a "MYROK" rite of passage:  Rite of Passage is a ritual event that marks a person's progress from one status to another. It is a universal phenomenon which can show anthropologists what social hierarchies, values and beliefs are important in specific cultures.

    Summary: There study this animal in the drylands of africa and in a place with more plants and seeing how they act different. There seeing what way is better to have them in and which way there urine can affect or help them.

Scientist are studing urine to learn more about the earths ancient climes&&68^8Tell me what animal they are studying The animals that they are studding are calles hyrax basks, the cusins of the guinie pig . The crystallized form of there urin that preserves any organic matter is called middens. scientists gather theses middens to learn about the climate changes in africa in the past tens of thousand of years.These expiraments are occuring in south africa because the hyraxs' natruel habitat is found there.Researchers andrew carr and arnoud boom from the university of Leicester and brian chase from the institute des sciences de l'evolution in france . Also include who is doing the research, what university they are from, and where their work has been published.

    The scientist are studying on a animal called hyrax almost the same as a Guinea pig.The body of a rock hyrax, the urine crystallizes the Researcher Andrew Carr and Arnoud Boom from the University of Leicester study this animal.A team found the climate of the region has changed during the last 30,000 years.Their research has recently been published Palaeogeography Palaeoclimatology.
