Outsiders early group: Students are writing letters from Ponyboy to his brothers describing the incident that has occurred and what he is doing about it. Fabian, Rodrigo, Emily and Victoria need to finish the assignment for homework. Joselyn is absent and will need to make it up within 3 days.
Joy-Luck Club students began writing letters from the perspective of a Chinese immigrant to his or her family in China, describing their impressions of life in the United States. Courtland, Brittany, Art and Andrea V. will turn in their letters tomorrow. Trever, Enrique and Mariah will have until Friday to complete the assignment. Dejaih, Lilli and Helen rocked it and got finished.
Mockingbird: Students are writing letters from Jem to Scout explaining why he cried when he discovered that the knot hole in the tree had been filled with cement. Jacqueline will need to make up the assignment by Friday. Julia rocked it and got done. So did Adrian and Julian. Luke was asked to re-do his.
Holes groups, both early and late: Students wrote letters from Stanley to his mother, describing what Camp Green Lake is really like. In the early group, Jorge, Esmeralda, Marisol, Michael, Leo, Gustavo, Dayna, Nathan C, and Clarissa all got finished! Good job! In the late group, Joshua Charles, Vanessa, Jose, Danny, Andrea G. Katelyn A., Dalisa, Diana, Kellie, Joshua J.all got finished, yay!
