Fridays at the Chula Vista Learning Academy are a mixed bag of activities, depending on what needs to be accomplished by the end of the week, and who needs extra support in their core classes.
This Friday, students had P.E. Free Play; good times were had by all, beautiful weather. Students worked on Study Island in the media lab. They made up missing assignments with Ms. K and they completed short reading assignments for Ms. T, where they could choose to read silently, in pairs or in small groups.
Quizzes for students reading The Outsiders and Holes were postponed until Monday.
Parents and Students, please make sure to review our policies regarding late and missed work due to absences. I posted them on the blog yesterday, and we sent home forms which were to be returned and signed today.
